About the Role
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities are, but are not limited to, the following:
Managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Creating and maintaining organized systems for records and confidential data.
Supporting the creation and management of department training manuals and procedural documents.
Organizing and tracking leads, ensuring timely responses and efficient follow-up by the sales team.
Utilizing tools such as email systems, calendars, and spreadsheets for efficient workflow management.

What the Schedule Looks Like
The work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 AM USA Mountain Time Zone (MT).
