Time to let yourself shine!

Once you’ve passed the initial interview, you’ll move forward to the Go2 Matching Pool. At this stage, we’ll ask you to record a short Intro Video.

This video will be shared with potential partners, so it’s your chance to make a great first impression and help us match you with the right opportunity.

Note: If needed, our team may reach out and ask you to re-record your video.

The Matching Team will guide you on what to highlight in your videos. You can check out these sample videos for reference:

Video Length & Delivery Tips (Important!)

Keep your video 2–3 minutes long
This gives you enough time to explain your background while keeping partners engaged.

📝 Don’t read from a script

Use cue cards or bullet points instead and explain things in your own words for a natural delivery.

👀 Look directly at the camera

As if you’re speaking to the partner.

😊 Smile and sound enthusiastic

Energy and clarity go a long way!

What to Say?

Prepare cue cards or bullet points to guide you, but avoid reading word-for-word. This helps your delivery sound more natural and confident.

Your intro video should have three parts:

1. Intro

  • Share your preferred name

  • Mention your current role or profession

  • State your years of experience

  • Briefly explain the purpose of the video and express your interest in working with a Go2 Partner

2. Content

  • Talk about your current role and main responsibilities

  • Walk through your past roles and experiences

  • Highlight your top 2–3 most relevant skills

  • Share short examples of how you’ve used these skills to deliver results

  • Don’t forget transferable skills like communication, problem-solving, and teamwork

  • Share any tools that you used

✨ Pro Tip: If you’re just starting and have around one year of experience, focus on:

  • The quality of your work

  • Key projects or achievements

  • What you’ve learned so far
Partners value adaptability, growth mindset, and enthusiasm just as much as experience.

3. Outro

End with a light personal touch:

  • A hobby, interest, or something you enjoy doing outside of work.

✨ Pro Tip: Keep it fun, but neutral. Avoid topics like politics, religion, etc. Don’t go overboard with your personal stuff.

How to Submit Your Video

If the video file is too large to upload to the survey, you can upload it to platforms like Google Drive, Dropbox, or Loom and share the link with us. Be sure to adjust the sharing settings of your video to ensure it is downloadable.

Alternatively, you can also attach the video file directly to your email response and send it to us.

What's the Video Format

You may download Loom’s Desktop App or the Chrome Extension, then select the “Camera Only” option. If you’re using another app, ensure the video is viewable and downloadable.

Other tips and reminders:

  • Video Format: Record in full-screen (camera only) and landscape mode.

  • Clear & Steady Visuals: Use a laptop camera, webcam, or smartphone and ensure steady footage.

  • High-Quality Sound: Use a headset or microphone, preferably with noise cancellation. You may use Krisp to minimize background noise.

  • Work-Conducive Environment: Record in a tidy and quiet space with good lighting and a neutral background.

  • Camera Positioning: Step back so your upper body is visible and position the camera at eye level.

Final Reminders Before You Record 🎥

  • Keep your video within 2–3 minutes

  • Dress appropriately for work (no need for formal attire)

  • Look directly at the camera and speak clearly

  • Use cue cards, but don’t read from a script

  • Feel free to record a few takes until you feel comfortable

Most importantly, be yourself. Smile, stay relaxed, and speak naturally. Once you’re done, submit your video using the instructions above. Our team will review it and reach out if anything else is needed.

You’re all set, good luck, and we can’t wait to see your intro video! 😊
