Step by step guide on how to check your device specifications when applying at Go2.

Windows Users

Processor and RAM check

  1. Get your device CPU name by clicking on the “Windows icon” then search “About your PC” and then click on the best match result.

  2. Your device system specification will open.

    1. Take a screenshot of your device specification and provide the file to the appropriate answer box in the application form.

    2. Check your processor

    3. Check your total installed RAM (Memory)

Mac Users

Processor and RAM check

  1. On your device, click on the “Apple Icon” in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Then click “About this Mac”.

  3. This will open the overview of your system settings and show your device specifications. Provide all needed info to the appropriate answer box in the application form.

    1. Take a screenshot of your device specification

    2. Check your MacOS edition

    3. Check your total installed RAM (Memory)
