How do I know the status of my application?
Once you submit your application you should immediately receive an automated confirmation email. Keep a close eye on your email and remember to check your Spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes.
Our Recruiters will review your application and give you feedback within 24-72 hours.
How long does it take to get interviewed?
Once you receive an email confirmation that you passed the initial assessment, you should get an email with instructions on how to schedule your interview within 24 hours.
Why am I required to turn my video on during the interview?
You will regularly be on video conferencing calls with your client and other team members at Go2 so our interviews are no different. This is also a good opportunity for us to check the stability of your internet connection.
I think I did a pretty good job during the Talent Pool Interview but I wasn't selected. Why is that?
We base our assessment criteria on the following; your previous work experience, your application form answers, and how you conducted yourself during the Talent Pool Interview. If we didn't select you, it has to do with one of those things.
If you want to know why you weren't selected just ask the person you have been in contact with during the interview process.
When am I eligible to re-apply at Go2?
Unless you are explicitly asked not to reapply by our Recruitment Team, you can re-apply at any time as long as you have meaningfully addressed the feedback you were given when you were notified that you weren't selected.
If you abuse the application process and continue to reapply without addressing the feedback you are given, you will rightfully annoy the Recruiting team and they may ask you to stop reapplying in the future.
