What happens next?
First, you'll join a pre-meeting with other candidates 30 minutes prior to your interview with the partner.
In this meeting, a member of our Onboarding Team and your potential new Engagement Manager will help you prepare for the interview and answer any questions.
Following that, you'll individually be brought into a second meeting where the partner will also be present. Here, you'll get to answer a few questions and chat with the partner. Don't worry, we think you're great!
What happens after?
We will let you know soon if you are selected or not. Within 48 hours, the partners will decide if you're selected. If you aren't selected, don't worry! It just means we need to find the right fit for you.
Important Notes
Please accept the calendar invite as soon as possible. If any issues arise, inform the Onboarding Coordinator promptly.
If you can't attend the call, please inform us at least 8 hours in advance. Failure to do so may affect your consideration for future opportunities.

Once you're scheduled for a selection call, we'll email you some pro tips. These tips will help you understand what the partners are specifically looking for.
Before the call, ensure you have:
a working PC or laptop with a camera,
a stable internet connection,
and a noise-free background.
